Is your PostNuke admin ID the same as your TNG admin ID? Can you verify that you can log into TNG outside of PostNuke. Do you have the TNG options "Create TNG users from PostNuke user information" and "Keep TNG user information up to date with changed PostNuke user information" checked? If you are logged into PostNuke there should be no reason to log into TNG --- it will do it for you (there is no need to even know the TNG password if you always go through PostNuke.) You just need to make sure that the id used for PostNuke/TNG (once created in TNG) has the Admin permissions you need in TNG.
