Description:
This module integrates TNG (The Next Generation Genealogy Site) with PostNuke. This version has been tested with TNG v6.2.0 and PostNuke .764

(a) display todays Birthdays and Deathdays
(b) Random Photo from the TNG photos
(c) display changed records in the last n days

This version make the following changes:
  1. RandomPhoto and WhatsNew blocks: Changed image reference to be relative to avoid a PostNuke pnGetBaseURL() problem with adding garbage to the URL
  2. Fixed Browser Title Bar feature broke with TNG 6.2.0.
  3. For now, wrapped TNG in a table to help with correct rendering in browsers
  4. Added blank genlog.tmp in the set of files for the PostNuke main directory (to be renamed genlog.txt) - updated instructions

This version fixes bugs:
1) fixed meta.html to include mytngstyle.css
2) customconfig.php updated to work better when register_globals is off.
3) fixed bug in begin.php and end.php where certain TNG files do not require a PostNuke wrap.

This version also includes the TNG 6.1.0 files that require changes.

This version fixes bugs:
1) Browser Title Bar now displays TNG's title, then PostNuke site title. Before it just displayed the PostNuke site title. This will give each page a more unique title. This will help with displaying pages on search engines like Google
2) customconfig.php updates
3) fixed bug when PostNuke was not at the site root.

This version also includes the TNG files that require changes.

This version fixes bugs:
1) in customconfig.php, made sure the TNG home page filename provided by the admin in the TNG configuration does not include an extension (like .html or .php). Real homepage file must have .php PostNuke adds the .php automatically.
2) Recent TNG hacker fix in begin.php was causing problems. Fixed index_pn.php to not call begin.php (calls config.php directly)

You need at least TNG v6.03 and it is anticipated that TNG v6.04 (due soon) will address problems with the home page link and problems in the pedigree. See the pnTNG Support Forum for a description of the pedigree fix.
