Title: pnTNG 3.11 for TNG v6.2.x

Description:
This module integrates TNG (The Next Generation Genealogy Site) with PostNuke. This version has been tested with TNG v6.2.0 and PostNuke .764
Information on TNG can be found at: http://lythgoes.net/genealogy/software.php Included in this package are PostNuke side blocks to:
(a) display todays Birthdays and Deathdays
(b) Random Photo from the TNG photos
(c) display changed records in the last n days

This version make the following changes:

RandomPhoto and WhatsNew blocks: Changed image reference to be relative to avoid a PostNuke pnGetBaseURL() problem with adding garbage to the URL
Fixed Browser Title Bar feature broke with TNG 6.2.0.
For now, wrapped TNG in a table to help with correct rendering in browsers
Added blank genlog.tmp in the set of files for the PostNuke main directory (to be renamed genlog.txt) - updated instructions
