Ben P. Hahn, 84, of Cuero, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998.
He was born May 11, 1914, in Arneckeville, to the late Balzar and Gertrude Pawlik Hahn. He was a dairyman and worked for Keseling Dairy for 32 years. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.
Survivors: daughters, Gladys Kohutek of Victoria, Pearl McTighe of Houston and Grace Slovacek of Cuero; sons, Robert Hahn, James Hahn, Raymond Hahn and Lawrence "Johnny" Hahn, all of Cuero; sisters, Agnes Mann of Cuero, Clara Utley of Weesatche and Vera Ibrom of Westhoff; brothers, Tony Hahn of Cuero and Hilbert Hahn of Victoria; 22 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: wife Allie Mae Tucker Hahn; daughter, Valaria Hahn; son, Ben Hahn; sisters, Cecillia Tomek, Margaret Hotz, Stacey Franke, Mary Whitehaun and Bertha Roessler; and brothers, Henry Hahn, Jacob Hahn, Albert Hahn and Vincent Hahn.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Freund Funeral home chapel.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, the Rev. Johnson Owusu-Boateng officiating.
Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery. Freund Funeral Home, Cuero, 275-2343.
