      Sam Winkler was buried today at Oak Wood Cemetery north of Hamilton, Texas. The military service was held at 2 p.m. at the cemetery. Sam passed away on Wednesday (23 Jan 2008) in Temple, Texas. Lois attended the service with her brother James Allen, mother Katy, and father Joe Winkler (brother to Sam). Sam's widow Pat (also called Pearl) was also at the service.
